The MEI Balance Day will help you regain a sense of empowerment, relaxation, and mindfulness while providing opportunities for, networking with amazing people, enjoying tasty healthful food, and have fun!
Ticket includes breakout sessions led by some of the Bay Area’s experts yoga, mindfulness, and balance, a cool swag bag.
MEI invites professionals, leaders, and empowered people to participate in this 1-day event with activities that encourage you to think differently about work life balance and self awareness and care.
