I serve as a COO for LinkedIn’s select group of largest and most important clients. I help the head of the business lead global sales team going to market across the entire family of the LinkedIn portfolio - Talent, Learning, Sales and Marketing. Previously, LinkedIn sales teams were functionally aligned; our new teams are designed to listen to our customers and develop the most optimal solution, independent of any specific product.
In this awesome role, I manage strategic programs, forecasting, sales policies, annual headcount planning, sales incentive design and analytical capacity through working with teams to make the sales reps more successful and productive. I do this while having the privilege of working with an amazing group of people.
